Returns (14 Days)
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
To start a return, simply email us at contact@fioranzobrand.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Underwear can only be returned if unopened and unused, for hygiene reasons.

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges (45 Days)
Need a different size or product? No problem. We offer exchanges within 45 days of delivery.
