You have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@fioranzobrand.com with your order details.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
Exchanges (within 45 days)
In addition to the 14-day return policy, we offer exchanges within 45 days of receiving your order.
If you need to change the size or replace an item, just get in touch — we’re happy to help.
