All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We also ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. territories.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers will become active within 24 hours of shipment.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Fioranzo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Be sure to keep all packaging materials and the damaged item as evidence when filing a claim.
